Club of the Month December 2025: Thomas Davis

Congratulations to Thomas Davis GAA Club on becoming the FODHC Club for December 2025!

Founded in 1888, Thomas Davis GAA Club is one of Dublin’s oldest GAA clubs, with a proud and enduring tradition of promoting Gaelic games in the Tallaght area! The club continues to grow from strength to strength and now fields a wide range of teams. At adult hurling level Thomas Davis are graded Senior 2, Junior B, and Junior F while recently they had some great championship victories at U16 and Minor C.

The Camogie section continues to go from strength to strength with a 300% increase in juvenile playing numbers in the last 5 years especially at Go-games level. While the first adult Camogie team gained promotion to Inter 2 championship and Inter 1 league for 2026 and the U16 team claimed the Div 5 championship title.

Looking ahead to 2026, Thomas Davis is excited about its continued development and investment in facilities, ensuring that future generations have the very best opportunities to take part in our games.
